Pete serves as outside general counsel for a number small to medium-sized businesses, advising boards of directors, committee members and executive management teams from a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, hospitality and leisure, real estate, consumer products and retail, financial services and manufacturing.
Scope of Services
Pete has extensive experience providing guidance to businesses at all stages of their life cycles — from entity formation to capitalization, product development, marketing and distribution, governance, strategic collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and divestitures. He advises clients on issues that arise in day-to-day operations, including employment matters, contractual relationships with customers, vendors, contractors and suppliers, dispute resolution and litigation management.
