Pete provides counsel to developers, joint ventures, REITs and a variety of institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate investment portfolios, including financing, contract negotiation, title review and site due diligence.
Financing
Pete routinely represents both borrowers and lenders in various aspects of capital markets and balance sheet financing, including permanent and bridge loan originations, credit facilities, senior and subordinate mortgage loans, private equity investments, participations and multi-tier mezzanine loans.
Leasing
Pete also represents tenants, property owners and management companies in structuring, documenting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases and related build-out, management and occupancy agreements.
